Common questions

Straight answers about Nialtus and Zoho Learn.

Nialtus costs less than Zoho Learn Professional for teams of about 50 learners or more. Zoho Learn Express, the lighter plan with up to 25 courses and basic reporting, is cheaper for small teams. The table above compares both at the same team sizes, and teams of up to 10 people can use the Nialtus Free plan.
Nialtus is built around courses, learning paths, daily drills, and policies that people read and accept. It does not have a separate wiki-style manual editor, so if a knowledge base is your main need, Zoho Learn may suit you better.
Yes. Issue certificates, track expiry and recertification, record policy acceptances and on-the-job sign-off, and export the records when you are audited.
If your current system can export people and completion records to a CSV file, you can bring that history into Nialtus. Add people with the People CSV import, then use Import history to bring in completions, progress, scores, and expiry dates, matched to each person by email or employee number. Course content comes across as SCORM, xAPI, or cmi5 packages, or is rebuilt in Nialtus. Certificate files from the old system are not imported, but Nialtus can issue its own certificates dated to the original completion. See how switching to Nialtus works.
